FAQ

How do I make a payment?
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. Please note that payment via bank deposit is not accepted.
In what currency should payments be made?
Payment is accepted in US dollars, from English website.
Where is the product shipped from?
All merchandise will be shipped from Japan.  Shipments outside of Japan can be tracked via Japan Post EMS.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After confirmation of the order, shipping preparations will be made within three business days. If there are no problems at this point, shipping procedures will start at that time. After shipping procedures have been completed, a confirmation email will be sent. It generally takes about 7-10 days from the time the order is sent from our company until it arrives at the customer’s home. If the order does not arrive within the specified period, please use the “Contact Form” to notify us of the delay.
How much are the shipping charges?
If the merchandise total is less than 8,000 Yen or $95 USD, the shipping charge to Japan is 800 Yen and to any other country is $7.95 USD per order. Please note that this will be in addition to the total purchase amount. Any order over 8,000 Yen or $95 USD, shipping is free.
Is there a customs duty charge?
If you reside in a country other than Japan or U.S., you may be charged an import customs duty. Custom duty will be charged when your shipment is delivered. Please note that this payment is the responsibility of the receiver.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns or exchanges are allowed in certain circumstances as described in the cancellation policy of the [Privacy Policy], or due to an error by our company. If you have a problem regarding the delivered products, please use the Contact Form to notify us.
